Fiona Considine

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBER
Fiona joined as an inaugural member of the UWA Defence and Security Program in November 2020. As Business Manager, she is responsible for the high-level planning, coordinating, and execution of all the Institute’s programs, stakeholder engagement, and outreach activities. Prior to this role, she served as the Events Manager for the Perth USAsia Centre for over six years.
Fiona excels in communication, providing exceptional service to internal leadership, academics, senior executives, and national and international government officials. She is detail-oriented and deeply passionate about building strong, lasting relationships. With extensive experience in government, political, and diplomatic environments, she has a proven track record in forming and maintaining strategic alliances, ensuring the success of the Institute’s activities and events.
Fiona also sits on the UWA Defence and Security Institute (DSI) Executive Committee and serves as Secretary for both the Executive Committee and the Advisory Board.
