Think and Drink is a community based network to encourage discussion and debate in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. This initiative has been running for a number of years in the A.C.T. and recently kicked off in Adelaide with a talk by Professor Joanne Wallis. Topics of discussion for these groups have ranged from leadership, to harnessing national power; from defence industry to joint HQ structural reform; from fuel security to the U.S. elections. The program is designed to provide an accessible and social way to engage with professional development.
Governor Beazley addressed the guests with his insights on the impact of the U.S. Presidential election on the ANZUS Alliance and U.S. strategy in the Indo-Pacific and provided a platform for a broad ranging discussion.
This casual gathering allows us all to meet and greet and have great conversation with fellow members of the defence and security community.
